Food and drinks trucks serving from 6:30pm until 8:30pm
Last entry 7:15 pm, Fireworks display at 8:00 pm
This is a free event however donations will be taken on the gates and throughout the evening, and is for those who have pre registered and qualified for an admission wristband – these will not be available on the gate.
Open to immediate Gifford residents and children that attend Yester Primary School.
No vehicle access on to the estate – blue badge holders can apply for entry.
Wristbands once confirmed, can be collected from Beech and Birch in Gifford – 2a Main St, Gifford, Haddington EH41 4QH
Terms and Conditions for attending Yester Firework Festival 2025
- This is a free event however donations will be taken on the gates and throughout the evening, and is for those who have pre registered and qualified for an admission wristband – these will not be available on the gate.
- Open to immediate Gifford residents and children that attend Yester Primary & Nursery School.
- No vehicle access onto the estate – blue badge holders can apply for entry.
- Please be mindful if you are parking your car in Gifford not to park on pavements or block residents’ driveways. Limited public parking.
- No alcohol is to be brought on-site, facilities will be provided for those who wish to purchase hot and cold drinks*
- Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times – the route is wheelchair and buggy friendly
- No pets permitted
- Please wrap up warm and bring a torch as there is low-level lighting on the estate, you are welcome to bring your own chairs.
- Our Estate Team and volunteers will highlight the walking route, please do not stray from this due to the dangers of the river and other trips hazards.
- Please have your wristband already on your wrist before entering the gate – you will be asked to show them to gain entry.
- Toilet facilities will be provided
- Our Stewards, Estate Team and Volunteers will be wearing high visibility vests, please ask for any help on the evening
- Any individual that is displaying aggressive behaviour, causing damage to the Estate property will be asked to leave immediately.
- No personal fireworks are permitted on-site including sparklers.
- Main gates open at 6:00 pm and will close promptly at 7:15 pm for a 20:00 pm firework display. The Gates will reopen after the display until 8:45 pm
- Food and drinks trucks open for service from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm.
